Collection / Delivery

Romac provides comprehensive collection and delivery services to meet the safety, security and risk requirements of each project.

Romac crews have the experience and required authorisations to complete deliveries to any delivery point. We can operate in extreme environments e.g. rooftops or off-road locations or where the delivery point requires specialist handling equipment e.g. stair crawlers or hi-ab delivery vehicles.

For each project we undertake a detailed site and logistics assessment to understand product handling requirements, the end environment and optimum route from vehicle to final position. Romac’s approach is based on ensuring total safety for people (public and staff) and physical environment.

Romac has rigorous quality control procedures, including checking and inspection with the customer on removal from the vehicle and after unpacking at final installation/delivery position where proof of delivery and product condition documentation are completed.
