Our management team consists of the following key personnel:
Martin Nye, Chairman
Martin Nye has been non-executive Chairman of Romac since 2009. Martin has significant experience of the business services sector, having been Chief Executive of a number of companies including Reconomy, Mentmore plc and the Technology Division of Exel plc. He is also a non-executive director of syncreon holdings, the international logistics group.
John McDonald, Managing Director
John McDonald has been Managing Director of Romac since 2009 and Board Director since 2005. John has many years experience in the Technical Services sector, including the development and successful sale of service business to Xerox. john.mcdonald@romac.co.uk
Tom Appleton, Commercial Manager
Tom Appleton is Commercial Manager responsible for Romac’s infrastructure business, including London Underground, Rail, Construction, Street Furniture and related infrastructure contracts. Tom has longstanding experience in the logistics sector, at Exel plc in the 1990s and also in new start-ups. tom.appleton@romac.co.uk
Simon Bennett, Commercial Manager
Simon Bennett is Commercial Manager responsible for developing Romac’s IT, Banking, Retail, Imaging and Scientific businesses, which includes many world leading brands. Simon has many years experience within logistics and technology businesses, including Exel plc. simon.bennett@romac.co.uk
Chris Williams-Lilley, Business Development Manager - Rail
Chris Williams-Lilley joined Romac in April 2010 as a Strategic Business Development Manager tasked with the management and growth of the Rail, Underground and Light Rail business within the company. Chris has worked for various technology based companies, but in recent years quickly gained a reputation as a successful business manager, achieving significant sales of secure power systems (UPS) into some of the Rail sectors most ‘prestigious’ capital projects, including; St Pancras International Station, East London Line, Metropolitan Line, Jubilee and Northern Lines. In October 2009, Chris also established the Rail Champions Conference Group to showcase technical innovation and talent in the UK Rail sector. chris.williams-lilley@romac.co.uk
